The first look that the entire nation waited for released and the motion poster of super star Rajnikanth's forthcoming movie Lingaa came out coinciding with Ganesha Chaturthi. The poster shows super cool looking Rajni wearing a stylish jacket and in a stylized walking pose. Rajini was seen with a temple in the background and it is undeniably mesmerizing, particularly the actor looked as though as though he has defied ageing long back!

And it is no surprise to us that the Lingaa first look motion picture has got over 50 lac hits (really!!) in just one single day. This is indeed a huge record to boast in Tamil industry and is a proof that Rajini's popularity is not to fade any time sooner!

Lingaa is the first action (live) movie after Robot and Sonakshi Sinha is debuting in south with the movie. Anushka Shetty is doing second fiddle in the movie which also has Santhanam, Karunakaran, and Dev Gill. Jagapati Babu is playing a baddie in the movie. KS Ravikumar is directing the movie and it is gearing up for release on December 12th.
