It seems troubles for cine actor Nagarjuna are unending. Earlier, he used to argue that he has documents that confirm that the land acquired for the N Convention is legal. After failing to convince Telangana government with his arguments, he demolished part of the constructions before GHMC officials hammer it down. However, it helped only to strengthen GHMC arguments that he encroached Tummidikunta lake land, instead of keeping them away from his premises.
So, GHMC officials after consulting Telangana Advocate General for legal advice are gearing for a survey of Tummidikunta lake, so as to find out whether Nagarjuna has encroached the government lands, if so how much area precisely. So, it is learnt that GHMC is going to issue notice to Nagarjuna for conducting a survey in his N Convention Centre that is adjacent to Tummidikunta Lake.
