These caves are formed on floating glaciers and have about 7 metres high entrances. What lies inside is spell-binding. The ice absorbs all visible light except the blue colour, which is why the caves appear blue to the naked eye. And the daylight entering from both the sides adds all the magic.

5 Lessons Entrepreneurs Should Learn From MUKESH AMBANI

Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in the country, can teach a lesson or two to everyone, especially budding entrepreneurs. But since, he is busy raking in the moolah, BI India decided to pick up five lessons that he can teach all.

Dream big!

The man inherited his father and India's iconic business leader Dhirubhai Ambani's genes when it comes to dreaming big. In 90s, Ambani, then in his 30s, had dreamt of becoming the largest producer of polyester fibre and yarn in the world and he actually did it. Today, RIL is the largest producer of polyester fibre and yarn in the world, with a capacity of 2.5 million tonnes per annum, beating the traditional producers from South Korea and Taiwan, who had dominated the business since 1970s.

Do more, say less!

The quote by Israelmore Ayivor is apt for Mukesh Ambani. The 57 year old likes to keep a low profile. He isn't keen on social dos and neither is he voicing opinions on important economic issues at events such as the World Economic Forum. But still, he is one of the most talked about personalities in the country. Ambani's focus has always been his business and this entrepreneur is credited for the creation of the world's largest petroleum refinery at Jamnagar in Gujarat besides other successful ventures. Need we say more?

Depend on no one!

A feudal style of management is not the mantra today. And Mukesh Ambani realised it even before feudalism was out of the system. Ambani in an interview had said that he did not want "people carrying their wisdom in notebooks as if it some kind of secretive operations". While he has a trusted team of a few people, who have played a pivotal role in the growth of his empire , Ambani has always emphasized on the importance of being involved in one's own business. Well, no wonder he managed to create an empire with net worth of Rs1,76,766 crore in 2012-13.

Don't panic, stay strong!

Mukesh Ambani joined his father's business at a very young age. While he was still learning the nuances of the business, he lost his uncle and his father's business partner Rasikbhai in 1986. This was followed by Dhirubhai Ambani's stroke within five months of his uncle's death. Ambani then had to take his father's place and steered the company forward at a time when India still had Licence Raj.

Keep your eyes open

Mukesh Ambani keeps his eyes wide open when it comes to hunting for new ventures. During the announcement of Reliance Jio initiative, Ambani had clearly said, "Today I see a billion people as a billion potential consumers, an opportunity to generate value for them and to make a return for myself". With start-ups mushrooming in the country, Ambani has now turned his eye at it and will soon be seen mentoring technology start-ups that spawn billion-dollar businesses in the country.

KCR's self goal

Hyderabad: KCR seems to be made self-goal with his rude remarks made against media.

Although, they are specifically addressed to the two leading Telugu news channels that are facing ban since last three months in Telangana, his remarks were taken generally by entire media in the state and in the country. National media also strongly condemns his remarks.

Opposition parties in Telangana grab this opportunity to dig at CM KCR for his monarch attitude. They took it as a weapon to fight out TRS party in the Medak Loksabha by-elections.

There are two separate issues involved in this whole controversy. 1. Can the state government play spectator role, when the MSO takes law into their hands and ban the media? 2. Is CM KCR’s rude comments against media can be justified?

Whether or not Telangana government answers these two questions, obviously all these developments are creating some pressure on it that may oblige it to revoke its decision.

comparisions are really unfair: PRIYANKA CHOPRA

Priyanka Chopra says that biopics on sports stars make them a household name, therefore, it is unfair to compare the monetary benefits.

Priyanka has played boxing champion M.C. Mary Kom in "Mary Kom", which collected Rs.38.95 crore in five days of its release.

Boochamma Boochodu: Hero robbing away director's credit?

Small budget horror comedy Boochamma Boochodu movie that released last week has been garnering positive talk and even good collections from few centers. But see the bad here, this resulted in an ugly tussle between hero Shivaji and the movie director Revan Yadu!

Definitely, the success has come to hero Shivaji after a long wait and he did well in the movie but part of the credit should also be given to the debutante director Revan! Instead, Shivaji has been trumpeting for himself at interviews in various channels ignoring to even take the name of the director! The director is lamenting at his hero saying after all it was his effort in spite of directing for the first time.

And if a director gets brickbats for a bad attempt, he should be given credits for good attempt. This is too bad Shivaji!

RANA enjoys 'baby'

Actor Rana Daggubati has enjoyed shooting the first schedule of Neeraj Pandey's "Baby", courtesy its cast and crew.

"Last day of the first schedule of @BabyTheFilm. Superb crew, superb cast. Greatful to be apart. #NeerajPandey @akshaykumar @AnupamPkher," he tweeted.

No place for them on TELANGANA soil

Hyderabad: Telangana CM KCR finally spoke about the undeclared ban on the two leading Telugu News Channels today. He said “I salute the MSOs, who take this decision. After all, why should we let anyone insult our people and their representatives? If they have no respect for us and our culture, then there is no place for such people on our soil.

They have taken the matter to Delhi level to pressurize my government, but it helps only to complicate the matter further. However, it is pending with Speaker and he has to take a decision on how to deal with them. Even all Telangana MLAs also have strongly condemned the channels attitude towards them. So, my government can do nothing in this regard.”

So, CM KCR has served the ball back into the news channels court. Union Minister Prakash Jawadekar has warned the Telangana MSOs that government will cancel their licenses if they do not revive telecasting of those two news channels within one week, but they replied him that rather prefer to go for a legal fight than succumbing to his pressures. Hence, both those news channels have to find a way out from this problem.
