Powerstar Pawan kalyan says no to surgery?

Pawan Kalyan has been busy for the last couple of months shooting for Gopala Gopala movie. It is learnt that his part for the movie would complete in another week's time but the shooting had delays because of power star's chronic back pain that had been bothering him for over two years now!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan fulfilled the wish of a terminally ill 12-year-old fan Srija, by visiting her at the private hospital in Khammam where she's being treated. Srija, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor,was brought to Hyderabad for treatment by her parents recently when she expressed her desire to meet her favourite actor Pawan Kalyan.

"Pawan was saddened and broke down after seeing the state of Srija who wasn't responding to his attempts to talk to her. He spoke to Srija's parents and enquired with the doctors about her condition. Pawan donated 2 lakh to Srija's parents and also a few toys. He also assured his full support to aid the child's treatment adds a source accompanying Pawan Kalyan,who made a stopover at Khammam on his way back to Hyderabad from Vizag.
